Explanation
As-Sabur is the Patient, the Timeless. He does not rush to punish the sinners, nor does He hasten to judge. People curse Him, deny Him, and disobey Him daily, yet He continues to feed them, give them sunlight, and grant them time to repent. His patience is absolute; He is never frustrated by delays, because He is the Master of Time. He delays retribution not out of weakness, but out of immense forbearance.
Virtues & Benefits
Reciting "Ya Sabur" pours patience into the heart of the believer during severe trials, grief, or anger. The Prophet ﷺ said: "No one is more patient over the harm they hear than Allah..." (Bukhari). Invoking this name calms the urge to rush outcomes.

Surah Fatir (35:45)
وَلَوْ يُؤَاخِذُ اللَّهُ النَّاسَ بِمَا كَسَبُوا مَا تَرَكَ عَلَىٰ ظَهْرِهَا مِن دَابَّةٍ وَلَٰكِن يُؤَخِّرُهُمْ إِلَىٰ أَجَلٍ مُّسَمًّى
"And if Allah were to impose blame on the people for what they have earned, He would not leave upon the earth any creature. But He delays them for a specified term." - Surah Fatir (35:45)
