Explanation
Al-Warith is the Ultimate Inheritor. We claim ownership over our houses, bank accounts, and lands in this world. But when we die, we leave it all behind. Eventually, all humans will die, the earth will be emptied, and everything will return to its original, true Owner. On the Day of Judgment, Allah will call out: "To whom belongs the dominion today?" and He will answer Himself: "To Allah, the One, the Prevailing" (40:16).
Virtues & Benefits
The Prophet Zakariya (AS) made du'a using this name when he was childless: "My Lord, do not leave me alone, while You are the best of inheritors" (21:89). Reciting "Ya Warith" is powerful when seeking righteous children, and it cures the heart of hoarding wealth.

وَإِنَّا لَنَحْنُ نُحْيِي وَنُمِيتُ وَنَحْنُ الْوَارِثُونَ
