Al-Muqsit
"The Equitable One"
Explanation
Al-Muqsit is the Equitable, the Just. While Al-'Adl is the One who is absolutely Just, Al-Muqsit implies the One who implements equity and fairness, even satisfying the wronged party. If someone wrongs you, Al-Muqsit will ensure you get your rights back on the Day of Judgment. Remarkably, He is so Equitable that He may even provide the oppressor with enough blessings to give to the oppressed, thereby satisfying both parties.
Virtues & Benefits
Reciting "Ya Muqsit" cures the heart of bias and helps one judge fairly. The Prophet ﷺ said: "The just (Al-Muqsitun) will be on pulpits of light on the right hand of the Merciful... those who are just in their ruling, their families, and all that they are responsible for." (Muslim)
