Explanation
Al-Mujib is the Responder, the Answerer of prayers. Allah does not just hear our du'as; He actively responds to them. Every single sincere prayer is answered by Al-Mujib in one of three ways: He gives exactly what was asked, He diverts an equivalent harm, or He saves the reward for the Hereafter. He responds to the plea of the distressed, the cry of the oppressed, and the whisper of the repentant.
Virtues & Benefits
Reciting "Ya Mujib" repeatedly, especially after making a heartfelt du'a, solidifies certainty (yaqeen) in the answer. The Quran says: "Call upon Me; I will respond to you" (40:60) — a direct guarantee from Al-Mujib.
