Al-Muhaymin is the Overseer and Protector — the One who watches over all things with complete knowledge and control. The Quran itself is described as a "muhaymin" — a guardian — over previous scriptures, which shows the profound nature of this name.
Virtues & Benefits
Reciting "Ya Muhaymin" after wudu with complete concentration purifies both the outer body (through wudu) and the inner self (through the name). It strengthens a person's consciousness of being watched by Allah, which is the essence of ihsan — worshipping Allah as if you see Him.
