Narrated Anas:The Prophet (ﷺ) used to get cupped and would never withhold the wages of any person
ہم سے ابونعیم نے بیان کیا، انہوں نے کہا کہ ہم سے مسعر نے بیان کیا، ان سے عمرو بن عامر نے بیان کیا کہ میں نے انس رضی اللہ عنہ سے سنا، وہ بیان کرتے تھے کہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے پچھنا لگوایا، اور آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کسی کی مزدوری کے معاملے میں کسی پر ظلم نہیں کرتے تھے۔
Narrated Anas bin Malik:The Prophet (ﷺ) sent for a slave who had the profession of cupping, and he cupped him. The Prophet (ﷺ) ordered that he be paid one or two Sas, or one or two Mudds of foodstuff, and appealed to his masters to reduce his taxes:
ہم سے آدم بن ابی ایاس نے بیان کیا، کہا کہ ہم سے شعبہ نے بیان کیا، ان سے حمید طویل نے بیان کیا، اور ان سے انس بن مالک رضی اللہ عنہ نے کہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے ایک پچھنا لگانے والے غلام ( ابوطیبہ ) کو بلایا، انہوں نے آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے پچھنا لگایا۔ اور آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے انہیں ایک یا دو صاع، یا ایک یا دو مد ( راوی حدیث شعبہ کو شک تھا ) اجرت دینے کے لیے حکم فرمایا۔ آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے ( ان کے مالکوں سے بھی ) ان کے بارے میں سفارش فرمائی تو ان کا خراج کم کر دیا گیا۔
Narrated Abu Mas`ud Al-Ansari:Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) regarded illegal the price of a dog, the earnings of a prostitute, and the charges taken by a soothsayer
ہم سے قتیبہ بن سعید نے بیان کیا، انہوں نے کہا کہ ہم سے امام مالک نے بیان کیا، ان سے ابن شہاب نے بیان کیا، ان سے ابوبکر بن عبدالرحمٰن بن حارث بن ہشام نے بیان کیا، ان سے ابومسعود انصاری رضی اللہ عنہ نے بیان کیا کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے کتے کی قیمت، زانیہ ( کے زنا ) کی خرچی اور کاہن کی مزدوری سے منع فرمایا۔
Narrated Abu Huraira:The Prophet (ﷺ) prohibited the earnings of slave girls (through prostitution)
ہم سے مسلم بن ابراہیم نے بیان کیا، کہا ہم سے شعبہ نے بیان کیا، ان سے محمد بن حجادہ نے بیان کیا، ان سے ابوحازم نے اور ان سے ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ نے کہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے باندیوں کی زنا کی کمائی سے منع فرمایا تھا۔
Narrated Ibn `Umar:The Prophet (ﷺ) forbade taking a price for animal copulation
ہم سے مسدد بن مسرہد نے بیان کیا، کہا کہ ہم سے عبدالوارث اور اسماعیل بن ابراہیم نے بیان کیا، ان سے علی بن حکم نے، ان سے نافع نے اور ان سے ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما نے بیان کیا کہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے نرکدانے کی اجرت لینے سے منع فرمایا۔
Narrated `Abdullah bin `Umar:"Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) gave the land of Khaibar to the Jews to work on and cultivate and take half of its yield. Ibn `Umar added, "The land used to be rented for a certain portion (of its yield)." Nafi` mentioned the amount of the portion but I forgot it. Rafi` bin Khadij said, "The Prophet (ﷺ) forbade renting farms." Narrated 'Ubaidullah Nafi` said: Ibn `Umar said: (The contract of Khaibar continued) till `Umar evacuated the Jews (from Khaibar)

ہم سے عبداللہ بن یوسف نے بیان کیا، کہا کہ ہم کو امام مالک رحمہ اللہ نے خبر دی، انہیں ابوالزناد نے، انہیں اعرج نے اور انہیں ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ نے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا ( قرض ادا کرنے میں ) مالدار کی طرف سے ٹال مٹول کرنا ظلم ہے۔ اور اگر تم میں سے کسی کا قرض کسی مالدار پر حوالہ دیا جائے تو اسے قبول کرے۔

ہم سے محمد بن یوسف نے بیان کیا، کہا کہ ہم سے سفیان ثوری نے بیان کیا، ان سے ابن ذکوان نے، ان سے اعرج نے اور ان سے ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ نے کہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا، مالدار کی طرف سے ( قرض ادا کرنے میں ) ٹال مٹول کرنا ظلم ہے۔ اور اگر کسی کا قرض کسی مالدار کے حوالہ کیا جائے تو وہ اسے قبول کرے۔
Narrated Salama bin Al-Akwa: Once, while we were sitting in the company of Prophet, a dead man was brought. The Prophet (ﷺ) was requested to lead the funeral prayer for the deceased. He said, "Is he in debt?" The people replied in the negative. He said, "Has he left any wealth?" They said, "No." So, he led his funeral prayer. Another dead man was brought and the people said, "O Allah's Messenger (ﷺ)! Lead his funeral prayer." The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "Is he in debt?" They said, "Yes." He said, "Has he left any wealth?" They said, ''Three Dinars." So, he led the prayer. Then a third dead man was brought and the people said (to the Prophet (ﷺ) ), Please lead his funeral prayer." He said, "Has he left any wealth?" They said, "No." He asked, "Is he in debt?" They said, ("Yes! He has to pay) three Dinars.', He (refused to pray and) said, "Then pray for your (dead) companion." Abu Qatada said, "O Allah's Messenger (ﷺ)! Lead his funeral prayer, and I will pay his debt." So, he led the prayer
ہم سے مکی بن ابراہیم نے بیان کیا، کہا کہ ہم سے یزید بن ابی عبید نے بیان کیا، ان سے سلمہ بن اکوع رضی اللہ عنہ نے کہ ہم نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کی خدمت میں موجود تھے کہ ایک جنازہ لایا گیا۔ لوگوں نے آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے عرض کیا کہ اس کی نماز پڑھا دیجئیے۔ اس پر آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے پوچھا کیا اس پر کوئی قرض ہے؟ لوگوں نے بتایا کہ نہیں کوئی قرض نہیں ہے۔ آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے دریافت فرمایا کہ میت نے کچھ مال بھی چھوڑا ہے؟ لوگوں نے عرض کیا کوئی مال بھی نہیں چھوڑا۔ آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے ان کی نماز جنازہ پڑھائی۔ اس کے بعد ایک دوسرا جنازہ لایا گیا لوگوں نے عرض کیا یا رسول اللہ! آپ ان کی بھی نماز جنازہ پڑھا دیجئیے۔ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے دریافت فرمایا، کسی کا قرض بھی میت پر ہے؟ عرض کیا گیا کہ ہے۔ پھر آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے دریافت فرمایا، کچھ مال بھی چھوڑا ہے؟ لوگوں نے کہا کہ تین دینار چھوڑے ہیں۔ آپ نے ان کی بھی نماز جنازہ پڑھائی۔ پھر تیسرا جنازہ لایا گیا۔ لوگوں نے آپ کی خدمت میں عرض کیا کہ اس کی نماز پڑھا دیجئیے۔ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے ان کے متعلق بھی وہی دریافت فرمایا، کیا کوئی مال ترکہ چھوڑا ہے؟ لوگوں نے کہا کہ نہیں۔ آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے دریافت فرمایا، اور اس پر کسی کا قرض بھی ہے؟ لوگوں نے کہا کہ ہاں تین دینار ہیں۔ آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے اس پر فرمایا کہ پھر اپنے ساتھی کی تم ہی لوگ نماز پڑھ لو۔ ابوقتادۃ رضی اللہ عنہ بولے، یا رسول اللہ! آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ان کی نماز پڑھا دیجئیے، ان کا قرض میں ادا کر دوں گا۔ تب آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے اس پر نماز پڑھائی۔
