حَدَّثَنِي عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ الأَزْرَقُ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ بْنِ رُفَيْعٍ، قَالَ سَأَلْتُ أَنَسَ بْنَ مَالِكٍ ـ رضى الله عنه ـ قُلْتُ أَخْبِرْنِي بِشَىْءٍ، عَقَلْتَهُ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم أَيْنَ صَلَّى الظُّهْرَ وَالْعَصْرَ يَوْمَ التَّرْوِيَةِ قَالَ بِمِنًى‏.‏ قُلْتُ فَأَيْنَ صَلَّى الْعَصْرَ يَوْمَ النَّفْرِ قَالَ بِالأَبْطَحِ‏.‏ ثُمَّ قَالَ افْعَلْ كَمَا يَفْعَلُ أُمَرَاؤُكَ‏.‏
Translation:

Narrated `Abdul `Aziz bin Rufai:I asked Anas bin Malik, "Tell me what you remember from Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) (regarding these questions): Where did he offer the Zuhr and `Asr prayers on the day of Tarwiya (8th day of Dhul-Hijja)?" He replied, "(He offered these prayers) at Mina." I asked, "Where did he offer the `Asr prayer on the day of Nafr (i.e. departure from Mina on the 12th or 13th of Dhul-Hijja)?" He replied, "At Al-Abtah," and then added, "You should do as your chiefs do

اردو:

ہم سے عبداللہ بن محمد نے بیان کیا، کہا کہ ہم سے اسحاق ازرق نے بیان کیا، کہا کہ ہم سے سفیان ثوری نے عبدالعزیز بن رفیع کے واسطے سے بیان کیا، کہا کہ میں نے انس بن مالک رضی اللہ عنہ سے پوچھا کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے ظہر اور عصر کی نماز آٹھویں ذی الحجہ میں کہاں پڑھی تھی؟ اگر آپ کو نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے یاد ہے تو مجھے بتائیے۔ انہوں نے جواب دیا کہ منیٰ میں۔ میں نے پوچھا کہ بارہویں تاریخ کو عصر کہاں پڑھی تھی؟ فرمایا کہ محصب میں۔ پھر انہوں نے فرمایا کہ جس طرح تمہارے حکام کرتے ہیں اسی طرح تم بھی کرو۔

حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُثَنَّى، حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ الثَّوْرِيُّ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ بْنِ رُفَيْعٍ، قَالَ سَأَلْتُ أَنَسَ بْنَ مَالِكٍ أَخْبِرْنِي بِشَىْءٍ، عَقَلْتَهُ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صلى الله عليه وسلم أَيْنَ صَلَّى الظُّهْرَ يَوْمَ التَّرْوِيَةِ قَالَ بِمِنًى‏.‏ قُلْتُ فَأَيْنَ صَلَّى الْعَصْرَ يَوْمَ النَّفْرِ قَالَ بِالأَبْطَحِ‏.‏ افْعَلْ كَمَا يَفْعَلُ أُمَرَاؤُكَ‏.‏
Translation:

Narrated `Abdul-Aziz bin Rufai:I asked Anas bin Malik, "Tell me something you have observed about the Prophet (ﷺ) concerning where he offered the Zuhr prayer on the Day of Tarwiya (8th Dhul-Hijja)." Anas replied, "He offered it at Mina." I said, "Where did he offer the `Asr prayer on the Day of Nafr (day of departure from Mina)?" He replied, "At Al-Abtah," and added, "You should do as your leaders do

ہم سے محمد بن مثنی نے بیان کیا، کہا ہم سے اسحٰق بن یوسف نے بیان کیا، ان سے سفیان ثوری نے بیان کیا، ان سے عبدالعزیز بن رفیع نے بیان کیا کہ میں نے انس بن مالک رضی اللہ عنہ سے پوچھا، مجھے وہ حدیث بتائے جو آپ کو رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے یاد ہو کہ انہوں نے آٹھویں ذی الحجہ کے دن ظہر کی نماز کہاں پڑھی تھی، انہوں نے کہا منیٰ میں، میں نے پوچھا اور روانگی کے دن عصر کہاں پڑھی تھی انہوں نے فرمایا کہ ابطح میں اور تم اسی طرح کرو جس طرح تمہارے حاکم لوگ کرتے ہوں۔ ( تاکہ فتنہ واقع نہ ہو ) ۔
