Narrated `Aisha:The Prophet (ﷺ) ordered that a short-tailed or mutilated-tailed snake (i.e. Abtar) should be killed, for it blinds the on-looker and causes abortion
ہم سے مسدد نے بیان کیا، کہا ہم سے یحییٰ قطان نے بیان کیا، ان سے ہشام نے بیان کیا، ان سے ان کے والد نے بیان کیا اور ان سے عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا نے بیان کیا کہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے دم بریدہ سانپ کو مار ڈالنے کا حکم دیا اور فرمایا کہ یہ آنکھوں کو نقصان پہنچاتا ہے اور حمل کو ساقط کر دیتا ہے۔
Narrated Abu Mulaika:Ibn `Umar used to kill snakes, but afterwards he forbade their killing and said, "Once the Prophet (ﷺ) pulled down a wall and saw a cast-off skin of a snake in it. He said, 'Look for the snake. 'They found it and the Prophet (ﷺ) said, "Kill it." For this reason I used to kill snakes. Later on I met Abu Lubaba who told me the Prophet (ﷺ) said, 'Do not kill snakes except the short-tailed or mutilated-tailed snake with two white lines on its back, for it causes abortion and makes one blind. So kill it

ہم سے مسدد نے بیان کیا، کہا ہم سے یزید بن زریع نے بیان کیا، کہا ہم سے معمر نے بیان کیا، ان سے زہری نے، ان سے عروہ نے اور ان سے عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا نے بیان کیا کہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا ”پانچ جانور موذی ہیں، انہیں حرم میں بھی مارا جا سکتا ہے چوہا، بچھو، چیل، کوا اور کاٹ لینے والا کتا۔“
Narrated `Abdullah bin `Umar:Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said, "It is not sinful of a person in the state of Ihram to kill any of these five animals: The scorpion, the rat, the rabid dog, the crow and the kite
ہم سے عبداللہ بن مسلمہ نے بیان کیا، انہوں نے کہا ہم کو امام مالک نے خبر دی، انہیں عبداللہ بن دینار نے اور انہیں عبداللہ بن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما نے کہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا ”پانچ جانور ایسے ہیں جنہیں اگر کوئی شخص حالت احرام میں بھی مار ڈالے تو اس پر کوئی گناہ نہیں۔ بچھو، چوہا، کاٹ لینے والا کتا، کوا اور چیل۔“
Narrated Jabir bin `Abdullah:The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "Cover your utensils and tie your water skins, and close your doors and keep your children close to you at night, as the Jinns spread out at such time and snatch things away. When you go to bed, put out your lights, for the mischief-doer (i.e. the rat) may drag away the wick of the candle and burn the dwellers of the house." Ata said, "The devils." (instead of the Jinns)
ہم سے مسدد نے بیان کیا، کہا ہم سے حماد بن زید نے بیان کیا، ان سے کثیر نے، ان سے عطاء نے اور ان سے جابر بن عبداللہ رضی اللہ عنہما نے کہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا ”پانی کے برتنوں کو ڈھک لیا کرو، مشکیزوں ( کے منہ ) کو باندھ لیا کرو، دروازے بند کر لیا کرو اور اپنے بچوں کو اپنے پاس جمع کر لیا کرو، کیونکہ شام ہوتے ہی جنات ( روئے زمین پر ) پھیلتے ہیں اور اچکتے پھرتے ہیں اور سوتے وقت چراغ بجھا لیا کرو، کیونکہ موذی جانور ( چوہا ) بعض اوقات جلتی بتی کو کھینچ لاتا ہے اور اس طرح سارے گھر کو جلا دیتا ہے۔“ ابن جریج اور حبیب نے بھی اس کو عطاء سے روایت کیا، اس میں جنات کے بدل شیاطین مذکور ہیں۔
Narrated `Abdullah:Once we were in the company of Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) in a cave. Surat-al-Mursalat (77) was revealed there, and we were learning it from Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) . Suddenly a snake came out of its hole and we rushed towards it to kill it, but it hastened and entered its hole before we were able to catch it. Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said," It has been saved from your evil and you have been saved from its evil
ہم سے عبدہ بن عبداللہ نے بیان کیا، کہا ہم کو یحییٰ بن آدم نے خبر دی، انہیں اسرائیل نے، انہیں منصور نے، انہیں ابراہیم نے، انہیں علقمہ نے اور ان سے عبداللہ بن مسعود رضی اللہ عنہ نے بیان کیا کہ ( مقام منیٰ میں ) ہم نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے ساتھ ایک غار میں بیٹھے ہوئے تھے کہ آیت «والمرسلات عرفا» نازل ہوئی، ابھی ہم آپ کی زبان مبارک سے اسے سن ہی رہے تھے کہ ایک بل میں سے ایک سانپ نکلا۔ ہم اسے مارنے کے لیے جھپٹے، لیکن وہ بھاگ گیا اور اپنے بل میں داخل ہو گیا، ( آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے ) اس پر فرمایا ”تمہارے ہاتھ سے وہ اسی طرح بچ نکلا جیسے تم اس کے شر سے بچ گئے“ اور یحییٰ نے اسرائیل سے روایت کیا ہے، ان سے اعمش نے، ان سے ابراہیم نے، ان سے علقمہ نے اور ان سے عبداللہ رضی اللہ عنہ نے اسی طرح روایت کیا اور کہا کہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کی زبان مبارک سے اس سورۃ کو تازہ بتازہ سن رہے تھے اور اسرائیل کے ساتھ اس حدیث کو ابوعوانہ نے مغیرہ سے روایت کیا اور حفص بن غیاث اور ابومعاویہ اور سلیمان بن قرم نے بھی اعمش سے بیان کیا، ان سے ابراہیم نے، ان سے اسود نے اور ان سے عبداللہ بن مسعود رضی اللہ عنہ نے۔
Narrated Ibn `Umar:The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "A woman entered the (Hell) Fire because of a cat which she had tied, neither giving it food nor setting it free to eat from the vermin of the earth
ہم سے نصر بن علی نے بیان کیا، انہوں نے کہا ہم کو عبدالاعلیٰ نے خبر دی، انہوں نے کہا ہم سے عبیداللہ بن عمر نے بیان کیا، ان سے نافع نے اور ان سے عبداللہ بن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما نے کہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے بیان کیا ”ایک عورت ایک بلی کے سبب سے دوزخ میں گئی، اس نے بلی کو باندھ کر رکھا نہ تو اسے کھانا دیا اور نہ ہی چھوڑا کہ وہ کیڑے مکوڑے کھا کر اپنی جان بچا لیتی۔“ عبدالاعلیٰ نے کہا اور ہم سے عبیداللہ نے بیان کیا، ان سے سعید مقبری نے اور ان سے ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ نے نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم سے اسی طرح روایت کیا۔
