Narrated `Abdur-Rahman bin Abu Bakra:that his father said, "The Prophet (ﷺ) forbade the selling of gold for gold and silver for silver except if they are equivalent in weight, and allowed us to sell gold for silver and vice versa as we wished
ہم سے عمران بن میسرہ نے بیان کیا، کہا کہ ہم سے عباد بن عوام نے، کہا کہ ہم کو یحییٰ بن ابی اسحٰق نے خبر دی، ان سے عبدالرحمٰن بن ابی بکرہ رضی اللہ عنہ نے بیان کیا، اور ان سے ان کے باپ ابوبکرہ رضی اللہ عنہ نے بیان کیا کہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے چاندی، چاندی کے بدلے میں اور سونا سونے کے بدلے میں بیچنے سے منع فرمایا ہے۔ مگر یہ کہ برابر برابر ہو۔ البتہ سونا چاندی کے بدلے میں جس طرح چاہیں خریدیں۔ اسی طرح چاندی سونے کے بدلے جس طرح چاہیں خریدیں۔
