بِسْمِ ٱللَّٰهِ ٱلرَّحْمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ
بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ أَلَمْ نَشْرَحْ لَكَ صَدْرَكَ ﴿1﴾ وَوَضَعْنَا عَنكَ وِزْرَكَ ﴿2﴾ ٱلَّذِىٓ أَنقَضَ ظَهْرَكَ ﴿3﴾ وَرَفَعْنَا لَكَ ذِكْرَكَ ﴿4﴾ فَإِنَّ مَعَ ٱلْعُسْرِ يُسْرًا ﴿5﴾ إِنَّ مَعَ ٱلْعُسْرِ يُسْرًۭا ﴿6﴾ فَإِذَا فَرَغْتَ فَٱنصَبْ ﴿7﴾ وَإِلَىٰ رَبِّكَ فَٱرْغَب ﴿8﴾

بِسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ أَلَمْ نَشْرَحْ لَكَ صَدْرَكَ

Urdu Translation

(اے محمدﷺ) کیا ہم نے تمہارا سینہ کھول نہیں دیا؟ (بےشک کھول دیا)

English Translation

Did We not expand for you, [O Muhammad], your breast?

وَوَضَعْنَا عَنكَ وِزْرَكَ

Urdu Translation

اور تم پر سے بوجھ بھی اتار دیا

English Translation

And We removed from you your burden

ٱلَّذِىٓ أَنقَضَ ظَهْرَكَ

Urdu Translation

جس نے تمہاری پیٹھ توڑ رکھی تھی

English Translation

Which had weighed upon your back

4
وَرَفَعْنَا لَكَ ذِكْرَكَ

Urdu Translation

اور تمہارا ذکر بلند کیا

English Translation

And raised high for you your repute.

فَإِنَّ مَعَ ٱلْعُسْرِ يُسْرًا

Urdu Translation

ہاں ہاں مشکل کے ساتھ آسانی بھی ہے

English Translation

For indeed, with hardship [will be] ease.

إِنَّ مَعَ ٱلْعُسْرِ يُسْرًۭا

Urdu Translation

(اور) بے شک مشکل کے ساتھ آسانی ہے

English Translation

Indeed, with hardship [will be] ease.

7
فَإِذَا فَرَغْتَ فَٱنصَبْ

Urdu Translation

تو جب فارغ ہوا کرو تو (عبادت میں) محنت کیا کرو

English Translation

So when you have finished [your duties], then stand up [for worship].

8
وَإِلَىٰ رَبِّكَ فَٱرْغَب

Urdu Translation

اور اپنے پروردگار کی طرف متوجہ ہو جایا کرو

English Translation

And to your Lord direct [your] longing.
