بِسْمِ ٱللَّٰهِ ٱلرَّحْمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ
بِّسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ إِنَّآ أَنزَلْنَٰهُ فِى لَيْلَةِ ٱلْقَدْرِ ﴿1﴾ وَمَآ أَدْرَىٰكَ مَا لَيْلَةُ ٱلْقَدْرِ ﴿2﴾ لَيْلَةُ ٱلْقَدْرِ خَيْرٌۭ مِّنْ أَلْفِ شَهْرٍۢ ﴿3﴾ تَنَزَّلُ ٱلْمَلَٰٓئِكَةُ وَٱلرُّوحُ فِيهَا بِإِذْنِ رَبِّهِم مِّن كُلِّ أَمْرٍۢ ﴿4﴾ سَلَٰمٌ هِىَ حَتَّىٰ مَطْلَعِ ٱلْفَجْرِ ﴿5﴾

بِّسْمِ ٱللَّهِ ٱلرَّحْمَٰنِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ إِنَّآ أَنزَلْنَٰهُ فِى لَيْلَةِ ٱلْقَدْرِ

Urdu Translation

ہم نے اس (قرآن) کو شب قدر میں نازل (کرنا شروع) کیا

English Translation

Indeed, We sent the Qur'an down during the Night of Decree.

وَمَآ أَدْرَىٰكَ مَا لَيْلَةُ ٱلْقَدْرِ

Urdu Translation

اور تمہیں کیا معلوم کہ شب قدر کیا ہے؟

English Translation

And what can make you know what is the Night of Decree?

لَيْلَةُ ٱلْقَدْرِ خَيْرٌۭ مِّنْ أَلْفِ شَهْرٍۢ

Urdu Translation

شب قدر ہزار مہینے سے بہتر ہے

English Translation

The Night of Decree is better than a thousand months.

تَنَزَّلُ ٱلْمَلَٰٓئِكَةُ وَٱلرُّوحُ فِيهَا بِإِذْنِ رَبِّهِم مِّن كُلِّ أَمْرٍۢ

Urdu Translation

اس میں روح (الامین) اور فرشتے ہر کام کے (انتظام کے) لیے اپنے پروردگار کے حکم سے اترتے ہیں

English Translation

The angels and the Spirit descend therein by permission of their Lord for every matter.

سَلَٰمٌ هِىَ حَتَّىٰ مَطْلَعِ ٱلْفَجْرِ

Urdu Translation

یہ (رات) طلوع صبح تک (امان اور) سلامتی ہے

English Translation

Peace it is until the emergence of dawn.
