It is found in the odd nights of the last 10 days of Ramadan (21st, 23rd, 25th, 27th, or 29th night).
Dua for the Night
اللَّهُمَّ إِنَّكَ عَفُوٌّ تُحِبُّ الْعَفْوَ فَاعْفُ عَنِّي
"Allahumma innaka afuwwun tuhibbul afwa fa'fu anni"
O Allah, You are forgiving and love forgiveness, so forgive me.
