Finding the Qibla accurately is essential for the validity of the five daily prayers (Salah). Our Qibla Finder online tool uses the Great Circle formula (Haversine formula) to calculate the shortest distance between your current GPS coordinates and the coordinates of the Kaaba (21.4225° N, 39.8262° E).
Tips for accurate calibration:
- Ensure location services (GPS) are enabled on your device.
- Stand away from large metallic objects or electronic devices that can interfere with the magnetic sensor.
- Calibrate your phone's compass by moving it in a figure-8 motion before using the tool.
