حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ يُوسُفَ، قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكُ بْنُ أَنَسٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ دِينَارٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ، قَالَ بَيْنَا النَّاسُ بِقُبَاءٍ فِي صَلاَةِ الصُّبْحِ إِذْ جَاءَهُمْ آتٍ فَقَالَ إِنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَدْ أُنْزِلَ عَلَيْهِ اللَّيْلَةَ قُرْآنٌ، وَقَدْ أُمِرَ أَنْ يَسْتَقْبِلَ الْكَعْبَةَ فَاسْتَقْبِلُوهَا، وَكَانَتْ وُجُوهُهُمْ إِلَى الشَّأْمِ، فَاسْتَدَارُوا إِلَى الْكَعْبَةِ‏.‏
Translation:

Narrated `Abdullah bin `Umar:While the people were offering the Fajr prayer at Quba' (near Medina), someone came to them and said: "It has been revealed to Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) tonight, and he has been ordered to pray facing the Ka`ba." So turn your faces to the Ka`ba. Those people were facing Sham (Jerusalem) so they turned their faces towards Ka`ba (at Mecca)

اردو:

ہم سے عبداللہ بن یوسف نے بیان کیا، انہوں نے کہا ہمیں امام مالک نے عبداللہ بن دینار کے واسطہ سے، انہوں نے عبداللہ بن عمر سے، آپ نے فرمایا کہ لوگ قباء میں فجر کی نماز پڑھ رہے تھے کہ اتنے میں ایک آنے والا آیا۔ اس نے بتایا کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم پر کل وحی نازل ہوئی ہے اور انہیں کعبہ کی طرف ( نماز میں ) منہ کرنے کا حکم ہو گیا ہے۔ چنانچہ ان لوگوں نے بھی کعبہ کی جانب منہ کر لیے جب کہ اس وقت وہ شام کی جانب منہ کئے ہوئے تھے، اس لیے وہ سب کعبہ کی جانب گھوم گئے۔

حَدَّثَنَا مُسَدَّدٌ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى، عَنْ شُعْبَةَ، عَنِ الْحَكَمِ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، عَنْ عَلْقَمَةَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، قَالَ صَلَّى النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم الظُّهْرَ خَمْسًا فَقَالُوا أَزِيدَ فِي الصَّلاَةِ قَالَ ‏ "‏ وَمَا ذَاكَ ‏"‏‏.‏ قَالُوا صَلَّيْتَ خَمْسًا‏.‏ فَثَنَى رِجْلَيْهِ وَسَجَدَ سَجْدَتَيْنِ‏.‏
Translation:

Narrated `Abdullah:"Once the Prophet (ﷺ) offered five rak`at in Zuhr prayer. He was asked, "Is there an increase in the prayer?" The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "And what is it?" They said, "You have prayed five rak`at.' So he bent his legs and performed two prostrations (of Sahu)

ہم سے مسدد بن مسرہد نے بیان کیا کہ کہا ہم سے یحییٰ بن سعید بن قطان نے شعبہ کے واسطے سے، انہوں نے ابراہیم سے، انہوں نے علقمہ سے انہوں نے عبداللہ سے، انہوں نے فرمایا کہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے ( بھولے سے ) ظہر کی نماز ( ایک مرتبہ ) پانچ رکعت پڑھی ہیں۔ عبداللہ بن مسعود رضی اللہ عنہ نے فرمایا کہ پھر آپ نے اپنے پاؤں موڑ لیے اور ( سہو کے ) دو سجدے کئے۔

حَدَّثَنَا قُتَيْبَةُ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ، عَنْ حُمَيْدٍ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم رَأَى نُخَامَةً فِي الْقِبْلَةِ، فَشَقَّ ذَلِكَ عَلَيْهِ حَتَّى رُئِيَ فِي وَجْهِهِ، فَقَامَ فَحَكَّهُ بِيَدِهِ فَقَالَ ‏"‏ إِنَّ أَحَدَكُمْ إِذَا قَامَ فِي صَلاَتِهِ، فَإِنَّهُ يُنَاجِي رَبَّهُ ـ أَوْ إِنَّ رَبَّهُ بَيْنَهُ وَبَيْنَ الْقِبْلَةِ ـ فَلاَ يَبْزُقَنَّ أَحَدُكُمْ قِبَلَ قِبْلَتِهِ، وَلَكِنْ عَنْ يَسَارِهِ، أَوْ تَحْتَ قَدَمَيْهِ ‏"‏‏.‏ ثُمَّ أَخَذَ طَرَفَ رِدَائِهِ فَبَصَقَ فِيهِ، ثُمَّ رَدَّ بَعْضَهُ عَلَى بَعْضٍ، فَقَالَ ‏"‏ أَوْ يَفْعَلْ هَكَذَا ‏"‏‏.‏
Translation:

Narrated Anas bin Malik:The Prophet (ﷺ) saw some sputum in the direction of the Qibla (on the wall of the mosque) and he disliked that and the sign of disgust was apparent from his face. So he got up and scraped it off with his hand and said, "Whenever anyone of you stands for the prayer, he is speaking in private to his Lord or his Lord is between him and his Qibla. So, none of you should spit in the direction of the Qibla but one can spit to the left or under his foot." The Prophet (ﷺ) then took the corner of his sheet and spat in it and folded it and said, "Or you can do this

ہم سے قتیبہ نے بیان کیا کہ کہا ہم سے اسماعیل بن جعفر نے حمید کے واسطہ سے، انہوں نے انس بن مالک رضی اللہ عنہ سے کہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے قبلہ کی طرف ( دیوار پر ) بلغم دیکھا، جو آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کو ناگوار گزرا اور یہ ناگواری آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم کے چہرہ مبارک پر دکھائی دینے لگی۔ پھر آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم اٹھے اور خود اپنے ہاتھ سے اسے کھرچ ڈالا اور فرمایا کہ جب کوئی شخص نماز کے لیے کھڑا ہوتا ہے تو گویا وہ اپنے رب کے ساتھ سرگوشی کرتا ہے، یا یوں فرمایا کہ اس کا رب اس کے اور قبلہ کے درمیان ہوتا ہے۔ اس لیے کوئی شخص ( نماز میں اپنے ) قبلہ کی طرف نہ تھوکے۔ البتہ بائیں طرف یا اپنے قدموں کے نیچے تھوک سکتا ہے۔ پھر آپ نے اپنی چادر کا کنارہ لیا، اس پر تھوکا پھر اس کو الٹ پلٹ کیا اور فرمایا، یا اس طرح کر لیا کرو۔

حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ يُوسُفَ، قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكٌ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ،‏.‏ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم رَأَى بُصَاقًا فِي جِدَارِ الْقِبْلَةِ فَحَكَّهُ، ثُمَّ أَقْبَلَ عَلَى النَّاسِ فَقَالَ ‏ "‏ إِذَا كَانَ أَحَدُكُمْ يُصَلِّي، فَلاَ يَبْصُقْ قِبَلَ وَجْهِهِ، فَإِنَّ اللَّهَ قِبَلَ وَجْهِهِ إِذَا صَلَّى ‏"‏‏.‏
Translation:

Narrated `Abdullah bin `Umar:Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) saw sputum on the wall of the mosque in the direction of the Qibla and scraped it off. He faced the people and said, "Whenever any one of you is praying, he should not spit in front of him because in the prayer Allah is in front of him

ہم سے عبداللہ بن یوسف نے بیان کیا، انہوں نے کہا ہم سے امام مالک نے نافع کے واسطہ سے روایت کیا، کہا انہوں نے عبداللہ بن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما کے واسطہ سے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے قبلے کی دیوار پر تھوک دیکھا، آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے اسے کھرچ ڈالا پھر ( آپ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے ) لوگوں سے خطاب کیا اور فرمایا کہ جب کوئی شخص نماز میں ہو تو اپنے منہ کے سامنے نہ تھوکے کیونکہ نماز میں منہ کے سامنے اللہ عزوجل ہوتا ہے۔

Translation:

Narrated `Aisha:(the mother of faithful believers) Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) saw some nasal secretions, expectoration or sputum on the wall of the mosque in the direction of the Qibla and scraped it off

حَدَّثَنَا حَفْصُ بْنُ عُمَرَ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ، قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي قَتَادَةُ، قَالَ سَمِعْتُ أَنَسًا، قَالَ قَالَ النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم ‏ "‏ لاَ يَتْفِلَنَّ أَحَدُكُمْ بَيْنَ يَدَيْهِ وَلاَ عَنْ يَمِينِهِ، وَلَكِنْ عَنْ يَسَارِهِ أَوْ تَحْتَ رِجْلِهِ ‏"‏‏.‏
Translation:

Narrated Anas:The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "None of you should spit in front or on his right but he could spit either on his left or under his foot
