Narrated Abu Bakhtari at-Tai:I asked Ibn `Abbas about Salam for (the fruits of) date-palms. He replied "The Prophet (ﷺ) forbade the sale of dates on the trees till they became fit for eating and could be weighed." A man asked what to be weighed (as the dates were still on the trees). Another man sitting beside Ibn `Abbas replied, "Till they are cut and stored." Narrated Abu Al-Bakhtari: I heard Ibn `Abbas (saying) that the Prophet (ﷺ) forbade ... etc. as above
ہم سے آدم بن ابی ایاس نے بیان کیا، کہا کہ ہم سے شعبہ نے بیان کیا، انہیں عمرو نے خبر دی، انہوں نے کہا کہ میں نے ابوالبختری طائی سے سنا، انہوں نے کہا کہ میں نے ابن عباس رضی اللہ عنہما سے کھجور کے درخت میں بیع سلم کے متعلق پوچھا تو آپ نے فرمایا کہ درخت پر پھل کو بیچنے سے نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے اس وقت تک کے لیے منع فرمایا تھا جب تک وہ کھانے کے قابل نہ ہو جائے یا اس کا وزن نہ کیا جا سکے۔ ایک شخص نے پوچھا کہ کیا چیز وزن کی جائے گی۔ اس پر ابن عباس رضی اللہ عنہما کے قریب ہی بیٹھے ہوئے ایک شخص نے کہا کہ مطلب یہ ہے کہ اندازہ کرنے کے قابل ہو جائے اور معاذ نے بیان کیا، ان سے شعبہ نے بیان کیا، ان سے عمرو نے کہ ابوالبختری نے کہا کہ میں نے ابن عباس رضی اللہ عنہما سے سنا کہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے منع کیا تھا۔ پھر یہی حدیث بیان کی۔

ہم سے محمد بن سلام نے بیان کیا، کہا کہ ہم سے یعلیٰ بن عبیداللہ نے بیان کیا، کہا ہم سے اعمش نے بیان کیا، ان سے ابراہیم نے، ان سے اسود نے بیان کیا ان سے ام المؤمنین عائشہ صدیقہ رضی اللہ عنہا نے بیان کیا کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے ایک یہودی سے ادھار غلہ خریدا اور اپنی ایک لوہے کی زرہ اس کے پاس گروی رکھی۔
Narrated Al-A`mash:We argued at Ibrahim's dwelling place about mortgaging in Salam. He said, "Aisha said, 'The Prophet (ﷺ) bought some foodstuff from a Jew on credit and the payment was to be made by a definite period, and he mortgaged his iron armor to him
ہم سے محمد بن محبوب نے بیان کیا، کہا ہم سے عبدالواحد بن زیاد نے بیان کیا، ان سے اعمش نے بیان کیا، انہوں نے کہا کہ ہم نے ابراہیم نخعی کے سامنے بیع سلم میں گروی رکھنے کا ذکر کیا تو انہوں نے کہا ہم سے اسود نے بیان کیا، اور ان سے عائشہ رضی اللہ عنہا نے بیان کیا کہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے ایک یہودی سے ایک مقررہ مدت کے لیے غلہ خریدا اور اس کے پاس اپنی لوہے کی زرہ گروی رکھ دی تھی۔
Narrated Muhammad bin Abi Al-Mujalid:Abu Burda and `Abdullah bin Shaddad sent me to `Abdur Rahman bin Abza and `Abdullah bin Abi `Aufa to ask them about the Salaf (Salam). They said, "We used to get war booty while we were with Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) and when the peasants of Sham came to us we used to pay them in advance for wheat, barley, and oil to be delivered within a fixed period." I asked them, "Did the peasants own standing crops or not?" They replied, "We never asked them about it

Sa`d said [?? or Sa`id], "(Al-Khadir pointed) with his hands (towards the wall) and then raised his hands and the wall became straightened up." Ya`la said, "I think Sa`id [?? or Sa`d] said, 'He (Khadir) passed his hand over it and it was straightened up." (Moses said to him), "if you had wanted, you could have taken wages for it." ہم سے ابراہیم بن موسیٰ نے بیان کیا، کہا کہ ہم کو ہشام بن یوسف نے خبر دی، کہا کہ مجھے یعلیٰ بن مسلم اور عمرو بن دینار نے سعید سے خبر دی۔ یہ دونوں حضرات (سعید بن جبیر سے اپنی روایتوں میں) ایک دوسرے سے کچھ زیادہ روایت کرتے ہیں۔ ابن جریج نے کہا میں نے یہ حدیث اوروں سے بھی سنی ہے۔ وہ بھی سعید بن جبیر سے نقل کرتے تھے کہ مجھ سے ابن عباس رضی اللہ عنہما نے کہا، اور ان سے ابی بن کعب رضی اللہ عنہ نے کہا، انہوں نے کہا کہ مجھ سے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے ارشاد فرمایا کہ پھر وہ دونوں ( موسیٰ اور خضر علیہما السلام ) چلے۔ تو انہیں ایک گاؤں میں ایک دیوار ملی جو گرنے ہی والی تھی۔ سعید نے کہا خضر علیہ السلام نے اپنے ہاتھ سے اس طرح اشارہ کیا اور ہاتھ اٹھایا، وہ دیوار سیدھی ہو گئی۔ یعلیٰ نے کہا میرا خیال ہے کہ سعید نے کہا، خضر علیہ السلام نے دیوار کو اپنے ہاتھ سے چھوا، اور وہ سیدھی ہو گئی، تب موسیٰ علیہ السلام بولے کہ اگر آپ چاہتے تو اس کام کی مزدوری لے سکتے تھے۔ سعید نے کہا کہ ( موسیٰ علیہ السلام کی مراد یہ تھی کہ ) کوئی ایسی چیز مزدوری میں ( آپ کو لینی چاہئیے تھی ) جسے ہم کھا سکتے ( کیونکہ بستی والوں نے ان کو کھانا نہیں کھلایا تھا ) ۔
