Narrated Rabi bin Hirash:`Uqba bin `Amr said to Hudhaifa, "Won't you relate to us of what you have heard from Allah's Apostle ?" He said, "I heard him saying, "When Al-Dajjal appears, he will have fire and water along with him. What the people will consider as cold water, will be fire that will burn (things). So, if anyone of you comes across this, he should fall in the thing which will appear to him as fire, for in reality, it will be fresh cold water." Hudhaifa added, "I also heard him saying, 'From among the people preceding your generation, there was a man whom the angel of death visited to capture his soul. (So his soul was captured) and he was asked if he had done any good deed.' He replied, 'I don't remember any good deed.' He was asked to think it over. He said, 'I do not remember, except that I used to trade with the people in the world and I used to give a respite to the rich and forgive the poor (among my debtors). So Allah made him enter Paradise." Hudhaifa further said, "I also heard him saying, 'Once there was a man on his death-bed, who, losing every hope of surviving said to his family: When I die, gather for me a large heap of wood and make a fire (to burn me). When the fire eats my meat and reaches my bones, and when the bones burn, take and crush them into powder and wait for a windy day to throw it (i.e. the powder) over the sea. They did so, but Allah collected his particles and asked him: Why did you do so? He replied: For fear of You. So Allah forgave him." `Uqba bin `Amr said, "I heard him saying that the Israeli used to dig the grave of the dead (to steal their shrouds)
Narrated Abu Huraira:The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "While a dog was going round a well and was about to die of thirst, an Israeli prostitute saw it and took off her shoe and watered it. So Allah forgave her because of that good deed
ہم سے سعید بن تلید نے بیان کیا، کہا ہم سے ابن وہب نے بیان کیا، کہا کہ مجھے جریر بن حازم نے خبر دی، انہیں ایوب نے اور انہیں محمد بن سیرین نے اور ان سے ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ نے بیان کیا کہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے بیان فرمایا ”ایک کتا ایک کنویں کے چاروں طرف چکر کاٹ رہا تھا جیسے پیاس کی شدت سے اس کی جان نکل جانے والی ہو کہ بنی اسرائیل کی ایک زانیہ عورت نے اسے دیکھ لیا۔ اس عورت نے اپنا موزہ اتار کر کتے کو پانی پلایا اور اس کی مغفرت اسی عمل کی وجہ سے ہو گئی۔“
Narrated Abu Huraira:Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said, "A man bought a piece of land from another man, and the buyer found an earthenware jar filled with gold in the land. The buyer said to the seller. 'Take your gold, as I have bought only the land from you, but I have not bought the gold from you.' The (former) owner of the land said, "I have sold you the land with everything in it.' So both of them took their case before a man who asked, 'Do you have children?' One of them said, "I have a boy.' The other said, "I have a girl.' The man said, 'Marry the girl to the boy and spend the money on both of them and give the rest of it in charity
ہم سے اسحاق بن نصر نے بیان کیا، انہوں نے کہا ہم کو عبدالرزاق نے خبر دی، انہیں معمر نے، انہیں ہمام نے اور ان سے ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ نے بیان کیا کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا ”ایک شخص نے دوسرے شخص سے مکان خریدا اور مکان کے خریدار کو اس مکان میں ایک گھڑا ملا جس میں سونا تھا جس سے وہ مکان اس نے خریدا تھا اس سے اس نے کہا بھائی گھڑا لے جا۔ کیونکہ میں نے تم سے گھر خریدا ہے سونا نہیں خریدا تھا۔ لیکن پہلے مالک نے کہا کہ میں نے گھر کو ان تمام چیزوں سمیت تمہیں بیچ دیا تھا جو اس کے اندر موجود ہوں۔ یہ دونوں ایک تیسرے شخص کے پاس اپنا مقدمہ لے گئے۔ فیصلہ کرنے والے نے ان سے پوچھا کیا تمہارے کوئی اولاد ہے؟ اس پر ایک نے کہا کہ میرے ایک لڑکا ہے اور دوسرے نے کہا کہ میری ایک لڑکی ہے۔ فیصلہ کرنے والے نے ان سے کہا کہ لڑکے کا لڑکی سے نکاح کر دو اور سونا انہیں پر خرچ کر دو اور خیرات بھی کر دو۔“
Narrated Abu Huraira:The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "A man used to do sinful deeds, and when death came to him, he said to his sons, 'After my death, burn me and then crush me, and scatter the powder in the air, for by Allah, if Allah has control over me, He will give me such a punishment as He has never given to anyone else.' When he died, his sons did accordingly. Allah ordered the earth saying, 'Collect what you hold of his particles.' It did so, and behold! There he was (the man) standing. Allah asked (him), 'What made you do what you did?' He replied, 'O my Lord! I was afraid of You.' So Allah forgave him. " Another narrator said "The man said, Fear of You, O Lord
ہم سے عبداللہ بن محمد مسندی نے بیان کیا کہا ہم سے ہشام نے بیان کیا کہا ہم کو معمر نے خبر دی، انہیں زہری نے انہیں حمید بن عبدالرحمٰن نے اور انہیں ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ نے کہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا ”ایک شخص بہت گناہ کیا کرتا تھا جب اس کی موت کا وقت قریب آیا تو اپنے بیٹوں سے اس نے کہا کہ جب میں مر جاؤں تو مجھے جلا ڈالنا پھر میری ہڈیوں کو پیس کر ہوا میں اڑا دینا اللہ کی قسم! اگر میرے رب نے مجھے پکڑ لیا تو مجھے اتنا سخت عذاب کرے گا جو پہلے کسی کو بھی اس نے نہیں کیا ہو گا۔ جب وہ مر گیا تو ( اس کی وصیت کے مطابق ) اس کے ساتھ ایسا ہی کیا گیا۔ اللہ تعالیٰ نے زمین کو حکم فرمایا کہ اگر ایک ذرہ بھی کہیں اس کے جسم کا تیرے پاس ہے تو اسے جمع کر کے لا۔ زمین حکم بجا لائی اور وہ بندہ اب ( اپنے رب کے سامنے ) کھڑا ہوا تھا۔ اللہ تعالیٰ نے دریافت فرمایا: تو نے ایسا کیوں کیا؟ اس نے عرض کیا: اے رب! تیرے ڈر کی وجہ سے۔ آخر اللہ تعالیٰ نے اس کی مغفرت کر دی۔ ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ کے سوا دوسرے صحابہ نے اس حدیث میں لفظ «خشيتك» کے بدل «مخافتك» کہا ہے ( دونوں لفظوں کا مطلب ایک ہی ہے ) ۔
Narrated `Abdullah bin `Umar:Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) said, "A lady was punished because of a cat which she had imprisoned till it died. She entered the (Hell) Fire because of it, for she neither gave it food nor water as she had imprisoned it, nor set it free to eat from the vermin of the earth
مجھ سے عبداللہ بن محمد بن اسماء نے بیان کیا کہا ہم سے جویریہ بن اسماء نے بیان کیا، ان سے نافع نے ان سے عبداللہ بن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما نے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا ” ( بنی اسرائیل کی ) ایک عورت کو ایک بلی کی وجہ سے عذاب دیا گیا تھا جسے اس نے قید کر رکھا تھا جس سے وہ بلی مر گئی تھی اور اس کی سزا میں وہ عورت دوزخ میں گئی۔ جب وہ عورت بلی کو باندھے ہوئے تھی تو اس نے اسے کھانے کے لیے کوئی چیز نہ دی، نہ پینے کے لیے اور نہ اس نے بلی کو چھوڑا ہی کہ وہ زمین کے کیڑے مکوڑے ہی کھا لیتی۔“
Narrated Ibn `Umar:The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "While a man was walking, dragging his dress with pride, he was caused to be swallowed by the earth and will go on sinking in it till the Day of Resurrection
ہم سے بشر بن محمد نے بیان کیا، کہا ہم کو عبداللہ بن مبارک نے خبر دی، کہا ہم کو یونس نے خبر دی، انہیں زہری نے، انہیں سالم نے خبر دی اور ان سے ابن عمر رضی اللہ عنہما نے بیان کیا کہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم نے فرمایا ”ایک شخص تکبر کی وجہ سے اپنا تہبند زمین سے گھسیٹتا ہوا جا رہا تھا کہ اسے زمین میں دھنسا دیا اور اب وہ قیامت تک یوں ہی زمین میں دھنستا چلا جائے گا۔“ یونس کے ساتھ اس حدیث کو عبدالرحمٰن بن خالد نے بھی زہری سے روایت کیا ہے۔
